Yeshua Adonai
by Chiara Hersh

Yeshua, Adonai
You walked in Jerusalem
Your blessing on the land
Is everlasting
Your love never ending.

All Israel shall see
The coming of the risen King
The mountains and the hills
Will resound with singing
Hosanna, Hosanna
With praises for Him

The lonely widow
Will cast out her sorrow
Filled with
The joy for tomorrow
For the coming of her King.

All Israel shall see
The coming of the risen King
The mountain and the hills
Will resound with singing
Hosanna, Hosanna
With praises for Him.

In the darkness of the night
Where sin abounds
The light of the Messiah
Shines clear and bright
And Israel shall be saved

All Israel shall see
The coming of the risen King
The mountain and the hills
Will resound with singing
Hosanna, Hosanna
With praises for Him.

The Prophets of old,
Foresaw the coming of the Lord
His beauty forever told
The rose of Sharon
The lion of Judah who forever lives.

All Israel shall see
the coming of the risen King
The mountain and the hills
will resound with singing
Hosanna, Hosanna
with praises for Him.

Yeshua you are the shalom of Israel
Jerusalem is in the palm of His hands
Oh Hashem, Oh Hashem
Your eternal love for your people
No one can break or change

All Israel shall see
The coming of the risen King
The mountain and the hills
Will resound with singing
Hosanna, Hosanna
with praises for Him.

This is so heart stirring. I can see and feel your heart is deeply stirred for your King, the one who was, who is and is to come. The one who is glorious in spendour and magnificent in majesty! I write poetry myself and often pick on the emotion of a poet. Thank you for the beautiful poem. It blessed my heart. Jennifer
